I've just received some cash back!!!!

Nothing received here, although I did get a small amount in the initial round of distributions.   I've only got back 6% of my total on the site.

money finally arrived into my account yesterday, equivalent to 65% of what I had in total on the platform at time it was shut down, which is significantly better than expected given the circumstances (I did have quite a bit in idle cash which has been paid out at c.93%)

got back c.52% on loans I had made, though I had only 2 major exposures (flat in Chelsea & HMO in Blackpool).

as disclosed in the liquidators 2021 report, interestingly the recoveries on both of those loans (pre costs) were above the loan principal amount. Chelsea £720k vs £595k (121%) and Blackpool £129,907 vs £108,500 (120%)

It will be interesting to see how the liquidators allocate the costs of administration from here. I don't really have a good feel for what those total costs will be.

In theory, both of my loans were "good" and c.120% covered in practice, so fingers crossed I am hoping I get near to principal and maybe even some interest. Did anyone else here have the Chelsea/Blackpool exposure?
