You'd think that "not drawn down" would mean that the money would have remained in Col's account, so be 100% recoverable, wouldn't you...? You would but then we already know that the client account doesnt reconcile ... Interesting. I was under the misunderstanding that where client accounts and client monies had been polluted then individual loan repayments were not likely (from an ex-IP). (I clearly should have stayed better informed  .) As a conservative investor with 2/3 cash/undrawn/bling funds, I must say I had been rather hoping to dip my wicket in to the safest loan in p2p. To the most recent posts, my ~10% recovery is in the same boat (ty for dates of Jack's bank confirmation emails). As CUK is >15% of my liquid worth, let's continue to keep this from the Mrs  .

Apart from the 3 accounts run from here (mine, Ltd Co and wife) which all have different banks I know of other investors who have received £0.00. I know of one chap who received a payment ...... but his wifes account received £0.00. How, why and other similar questions only BDO can answer and guess what as they predicted they are overwhealmed with emails each of which will end up costing investors £'s ...........

Good strategy, it seems ! Mess up the payments and then charge those astronomical amounts to fix the mess and reply to the emails. IPA would still certify them as exemplary even after this performance in 4+ years.

Some people received payments directly into their bank accounts about 2 weeks ago, but others didn't, despite having confirmed their bank details when asked and being due a payment. I'm one of those who hasn't had a payment and I've heard nothing further.

Yes, my four figure spondoolies winged into my account about two weeks ago.
I've taken quite a hit with COLL so maybe they're paying out the larger amounts first?

Approaching the end of the month and still nothing, no confirmation of my bank details even being accepted. Lendy admin at least acknowledged my bank details and amended them.

I suppose we're expected to be comforted by the penultimate paragraph of their email date 28 April:
"For the avoidance of doubt, investors who have not received a payment but who are entitled to receive the interim distribution based on their investment exposure, do not lose their entitlement to the interim distribution."
Make of that what you will!

Am also just sitting tight and waiting. Certainly not expecting the largest payout but not the smallest either.
I confirmed my bank details. No response to that.
Resisting sending a follow up but really how hard can it be? They should have at least said payments would be made over X time.

I spoke to BDO today, they hope the next batch of payments will be in May, but it may drop over into the start of June. Aiming to pay anyone who did not get anything in the original distribution who has a confirmed bank account.
