10360 - Bridging loan - 12% over 9 months (not too shabby) but with only 0.5% cashback.
The shape of things to come?
Edit...
LTV 92% !!!!!

Sounds about right. In some ways I'm surprised that they've not discontinued the splashback completely. Thanks for drawing our attention to this one. I've had a little nibble.

Ah but it is a bridging loan and I think it was a B and just felt uncomfortable to me. I scan the FC loans and just drop 70% in a few seconds and that one went in the bin pile. Still on the positive side the English was joined up . Loads of loans and some of the mass order guys seems to have calmed down though I walked into one this afternoon for roughly £175k and there was £120k sat at 15%.... so I spoiled it by going in at 14.5%.

Not too keen myself. Nick on the other hand likes it very much.
