Seems the Pipeline PBLs changed sometime today; there are now three LBLs (Land Bridging Loans)! The hotel pipe line has disappeared. Not so keen on land myself, as I think the valuations and planning aspirations that tend to go with them can be a bit optimistic.
Unfortunately nothing else seems to have happened - like some drawdowns
