They're still clinging on to those ridiculous wigs so I think a paperless archive system is due some time in 2231! I'm not sure if the FS administrators will release any funds before then though... I was once called 'my honourable friend' by a prosecution barrister. (I was acting as a McKenzie Friend) I pointed out to the barrister and Judge that I didn't want to be accused 'of impersonating a lawyer' (up to two years inside) and that I thought that the fact that I was wearing motorcycling gear and not a wig and gown was a big enough clue. What that says about the wig I haven't a clue ......

Just because all administrator reports might legally need a paper copy rubber stamped in red ink and stored for at least 10 years in a dusty filing cabinet somewhere doesn't mean it's not 1970s technology! The legal profession still needs dragging into the 21st century.... and we're almost a quarter of the way through it already! Look, I basically agree with you, but given what's gone on with this, I feel it's all a bit like saying "I hate Hitler 'cos he's got a shite moustache"

Wow, as if this farce couldn't get any worse, just received an update to say that due to "overpayments" in 2019, some (all?) of us are going to have money taken off us. But don't worry, 'cos repayments SHOULD cancel out any deficit positions. You really couldn't make this up.

Update The overpayment occurred in November 2019 according to the loan number. Details chaps, details!

Not just nov 2019, this looks like a money grab for any loan completed post-administration (not just recovered loans) which didn't have the FS 4% (or whatever the figure was/is) applied. I don't know if they are making it up as they go or was won in the courts and communicated. They won't be getting it from any investors with no more recoveries.

The loan in question originally redeemed with full capital and interest on 8/11/2019. From the numbers, it looks like FS are clawing back the 2.5%+VAT and expenses that was agreed by the Creditors Committee in December 2019, and which presumably back-dates to the start of the administration (23/10/2019). The administrators haven't yet provided a revised payment breakdown in the loan updates section.
Edit: I'm referring to loan 7181794550, which I'm in. I guess other loans may be affected too.

As it's the 25th, has anyone received any payout today? I haven't.

I guess other loans may be affected too. I got hit for a negative correction on 1013434811L - approaching 4 years after it completed. They didn't email me about it either but it was for an obscenely trivial amount. Joke of a website. Live scenes of the Funding Secure offices

As it's the 25th, has anyone received any payout today? I haven't. Just got an email saying they will make payments by next Friday (up to 4 working days). Yet again though, it says nothing about which loans are getting any cash so there's no way to see if any of mine are included. The individual loan updates are a) out of date and b) say nothing with any clarity. At least the Lendy admin mob tell you which loans are getting payments so you know whether to go look or not. The FS admins are really rubbish.

I've had cash put in today from one loan only.
I suspect that there will be more.
If you click on account information, you'll see which loans paid what & when.
No way of seeing what's in the pipeline though. Just have to keep checking every now and then.
The cash was 48% of the capital from a loan they sold in 2021, no interest though.

I had some cash put in today but its not clear which loan or both. Two of my loans updated (charter house) and another smaller one. If it is mainly charter house my 15% LTV investment returned about a fifth of the capitol.

I had a couple of londonderry loans repay today, around 50% of capital no interest of course you have to laugh. If you want to know which loans had money paid into your account, look at "Account movements" under your Account information. The credits have loan numbers in the description, then go to "my investments" and then "investment history" type those numbers into the search box and you can see which jokers finally paid back a fraction of what they owe you this time.
