Hello

I logged into my Nectar account yesterday to find that someone had spent my Nectar points in a petrol station in London, I was in Lincoln at the time. My Nectar card hasn't left my house in about 4 years and my app has a strong password.

I phoned up Nectar and they credited me the nicked points plus an extra 2000 for my trouble, no questions asked (bar the security interrogation)

How did it happen, some kind of clone? And why the nonchalant reimbursement?
