I know they are pretty slow at updating the site but my investment page is still showing ( no Investments ) I must have 3 dozen. Just wondering, what’s the size of your investment? My last ££££ topup on the 15th Jan was matched on the 16th. Have you tried removing the money and topping it up again?

My investment page is showing nothing at all, I have been with Elfin for around 3 years and have aprox £11,000 invested in multiple loans, this is not just an isolated new loan.

No reply to my last two e-mails and guess what, It's still not working. It would be nice to have a phone number so I could speak to someone. I have around five loans maturing this month and don't know how I will renew them if the aren't showing!!

I have around five loans maturing this month and don't know how I will renew them if the aren't showing!! Last time I received a reply from Alison, it was 5 weeks after I sent the email. She may be better at some else, like dance / music. Try someone senior who know how to fix. Prior November, she replied within 2 days.

There's a telephone number on their Google Maps entry but I don't know how current it is; maps.app.goo.gl/Rhc2nD4ExiAs1ZZ66Your issue seems odd as I've always thought that the elves have done a great job of their website; it's thoughtfully designed, responds well on all devices (that I've tried) and is intuitive to use. It would surprise me if it were a presentation bug. I presume you've ruled out issues at your end like over-zealous ad blockers. I hope you get it resolved soon.

I haven't lost faith in Elfin, it's just annoying what seems to be a simple problem for me can't be sorted quickly, I still like the site and will continue investing.
