Senior loan pays 8.5%. LTV is 19.8%. 12 months. £1k limit for first 24 hours. Junior loan pays 10%. LTV is 29.7%. 12 months. £1k limit for first 24 hours.
This one isn't exactly flying off the shelves. Still plenty available in both tranches after nearly an hour. I was a little reticent as public houses have been amongst my worst lending decisions. However, due to the incredibly low LTVs and LLI's record so far, and the difficulty in getting funds deployed on LLI, I'm in both tranches. This makes it the same as a first charge loan paying 9.25% at a 29.7% LTV (since capital for both tranches ranks adove interest for either on LLI).
Is also worth noting that the LTVs here include all of the interest, which is retained, and the arrangement fees. This makes the LTVs even better when compared to most other platforms that don't include these things in their LTVs.
I expect the remainder will go very quickly to a few large lenders once the limits are removed.

LLI's offering is hard to beat in my P2P land for risk v return, negligible cash drag, transparent loan data, realistic %LTV figures include accrued interest, monthly retained interest and past repayment record.
Still waiting to hear about the seemingly endless possible first ever loss. Surely someone could post a coded message!

50% of the capital on the senior loan has been repaid in two tranches over the last 2 days.

Thanks Ace. Appears that you made the right call with this loan (although it is still not redeemed in full). Filip
