All traces of a recent application to REBS by a printing company has been pulled without comment thus losing the discussion threads. I presume bidders would have been informed and pledged funds returned but to anyone else watching from the sidelines and maybe awaiting anwsers to questions are just left in the dark.
So come on REBS - a little info, out of courtesy if nothing else, please.

Quote from REBs e-mail
Dear Lender,
We have cancelled the F***** F** loan. The broker has not been able to give the application sufficient attention to address the questions posed by lenders. We have repeatedly contacted the broker to request he answers questions on the discussion forum, unfortunately this has not happened, as such we have now decided to withdraw the application.
All bids have been cancelled and all funds released.
Please visit the marketplace for other lending opportunities.
Have a good weekend,
The rebuidlingsociety team.

The broker has not been able to give the application sufficient attention, I see, and there was me thinking the borrower was being given a right good roasting. Oh well.

I didn't see any roasting. I did see a number of potential lenders exercising due diligence. Usually I find all the answers I need by reading questions that others have posted, and the answers to those questions (usually), so long may they continue to help me
