wrote to them a bit back about several loans with no updates for > 2 years after the "we have defaulted this loan" message
got replies and on one it said "we have a repayment proposal from the PG, we are doing due diligence, to ensure it's affordable and sustainable..."
several months later still nothing.
If they had been this careful checking people could afford these loans in the first place, perhaps we wouldn't have as many painful defaults
