This one's a bit different. Quick purchase for residential, £200k, LTV 67%, 3 month loan, no cash-back, monthly and upfront interest options.

I wonder how long it will take to fill? Are we talking Hours or Days...?

More than half gone.
I wonder if cash back is no more.

More than half gone. I wonder if cash back is no more. To be honest I can't see the point of SS offering any cashback on loans if it is likely they are going to fill in hours or minutes. Maybe a cashback offer if investors are happy to commit to the full term of a loan. On top of the interest up front of course

All GONE..... So much for Hours... It took minutes. There must be a lot of rather hungry investers in the waters today Thanks to lourent for the 'heads up'

Hold up .... still 54p up for grabs.... Dammmm did I miss it... Look after the 'pennies' and the '£££' will look after themselves. Not quite sure if that was the best idea I ever had in a 'feeding frenszy'. Well the sea is far too rough at the moment so no diving for Me anyway. Otherwise I would have missed out on 023.

Very good SS, I received notification of this loan through the (late) weekly update at 12:04 pm today and as I don’t spend my day glued to my email did not read the message until 12:25 pm by which time the loan had gone. Also, why does the length of time it takes for a withdrawal to be actioned vary? On some occasions it happens the same day yet my wife made a request to withdraw money at 15:51 last Thursday 29 January and it did not reach her account until this morning. Rant over but seriously unimpressed with SS.

Because there is a manual process involved; you may have seen from other posts that the SS guys have been away for a few days, so that caused a delay with withdrawal processing along with everything else. If you are used to investing with larger operations, then of course this will be irritating, but it's part and parcel of investing with a small outfit I'm afraid. For me, the ease of investing and good returns make up for the occasional delay of a few days, but of course this is a personal balance for each of us.

yorkshiremanBit cold and breezy up there recently? Do you have mobile phones up there yet? My SMS message from SS came through OK at 11:51 but my phone was in the other room so I didn't hear the cock crow!!! Luckily I was online for other reasons and saw this thread, and 12:01 I received the email, so what with the easy immediate deposit I got my 10p worth. edit: Aha! Just seen those previous posts - I am a slow old grump sometimes.
