Rambling on in the same thread : I find it pathetic that anybody needs to define their sexual preference of the day ,let alone have it quantified by some 'fcuckwit' who has a qualification in shelfstacking . Come quantify the sexual preference in my neighbourhood you will that find most of the penis owners prefer sheep. Can't imagine what they are internalising once they reel out of the beast shed .

Marcus Rashford was due to play for Manchester United in last Saturdays FA cup match. He was dropped having phoned in sick on Friday morning, which meant he missed training. It transpired that he spent Thursday night and much of early Friday morning in a Belfast night club, with a waitress claiming that he went on a 12-hour tequila drinking spree while in Belfast and had to be put to bed after passing out at 3am.
So earning £350k a week doesn't instill any sense of club loyalty. Needless to says some of his team mates are not impressed

LOL apart from the game being played on Sunday, as a fan there is something wrong at my beloved club, not sure if it's some players or the manager, but something has to change, Jadon Sancho is already looking good at Dortmund, McTominay always looks good for Scotland even up against players better than he plays against for united, Antony looks like junk at United we have players that big money has been paid for yet they are being outperformed by academy kids. Personally I wish Marcus Rashford would concentrate on the day job and what he's paid for not the charity stuff etc

Yes, entitled football players get right on my ***s. However, however. Marcus Rashford doesn't normally behave like an entitled football player. He came from a tough single parent background. His campaigns on e.g. free school meals/holiday meals I believe comes from genuine passion, and I'm sure partly based on his experiences as a youngster. To that extent I think he has over the last few years shown himself to be a genuinely good person who, unlike some, is not up his own backside and understands he can use his fame and name to achieve good. I can understand that the massive wealth and fame that can come at an early age in say particularly football and sometimes e.g. music, may in some cases be difficult to deal with at a young age. So as long as the person seems fundamentally good, I can have some 'empathy' with them falling off the rails a bit. I'm not a big follower of football, but something seriously rubbish seems to have been happening at MU for some time. Something's gone very bad there, and I'd bet this is just part of the fallout of that rather than a cause.

It all makes sense now looking at his tequila performances over the last 2 years at least. Players that stand about when they don't have the ball and only run in one direction, towards the glory end, are making sure the reserve tank doesn't empty due to poor tequila fitness level.
There have only been two players in recent times that earn the right to stand about and not tackle when their team doesn't have the ball, messi and ronaldo, too many teams have players who play that role with no upside.

Rashford has history of this, I believe that this is the third time he has been dropped/fined for this kind of behaviour. Unfortunately kids nowadays think they are bigger than clubs, Fergie had it right. Anyone that thought they were bigger than the club were soon sold I'm obviously not a Man United fan but the few games I have seen him in you can see how little he is bothered at times when required to chase back and do some defending. He doesn't have the work ethic to play on the wing but that doesn't mean he shouldn't at least try.

Messi and Ronaldo worked incredibly hard for to regain the ball when out of possession, the best players do even though as you say no one would argue if they saved their energy to work their magic. To add another one to this and for anyone that hasn't seen it, this is proof of Rooney's desire for a team. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uoOktcC-IVQ

The waitress put him to bed in the night club? My take is regardless of whether its 350K a week or £350 its still great for a lot of young folk to get pi**ed up and then regret it the next morning when work looms. This is just what half the country (the younger half) does or have we forgotten?

The waitress put him to bed in the night club? When they got back to the Fitzwilliam Hotel, where Rashford was staying in the £1,500-a-night residence suite, she claimed she had to put him to bed.
