Hi all,
I've invested in two p2p platforms (Moneything and Collatoral) via my ltd company, what's the best way to transfer the loans to my personal name so that if I do need to close the ltd I would still be entitled to the repayments?
Any advice would be reallly appreciated.
Thanks

Didn't have to trouble MT as I had, fortunately, already exited but for COL I responded to an email received on 30-Mar, 2023 from INVESTORCOLLATERAL@bdo.co.uk with the subject line: 'Collateral – Investor Bank Account Details' and advised them of a change to the bank account details. I didn't get confirmation but it appears to have been actioned* as the subsequent payment did arrive in the correct account. (* Whether they should have actioned it - AML, etc - is a another matter!) Good luck.

I would have said ask the companies, but since they are in administration and liquidation getting any sort of helpful response would be unlikely. I suspect you will have to keep the company running until the administrations are complete.
Edit: As said by irobot just changing the bank account might solve your problem, but wouldn't be a proper transfer of the assets, and I don't know what the tax implications would be.
