It will be £100 chunks. I'll get Mark to report when they will be live. Have I missed it? If not, is it going to happen tonight? Tomorrow?? Can you give us any idea at all? And when the announcement does come, is it going to be a notice that the parts are already on the aftermarket? Or a notification that the parts will be released at a specified time? When it finally does happen, will the entire £875k be made available? If not, is the amount released going to be a small part of that total or most of it?

Just had a few. Partly from selling what I had left of the old 6.5% buy to lets.

Also had a few ... but unwilling to bid for the amount I had originally targeted without sight of the credit report.

...and still no report, only the basic LTV info. It would be nice to know what I'm buying into.
After a very rough tally up there appears to be around half the loan up for sale, so either half has been snapped up already:o or the same again will hit when this lot goes.

The loan info section says "This Abridged Credit Report is provided to Lenders in such a way that the Borrower remains anonymous." However, when I look in the Documents section, it says there are no documents available. Are we really suppose to invest our money without such info? Or am I not looking in the right place?

TV? I haven't got time, I've been hitting the refresh button on AC for the past 6 hours, MikeS gave me the jitters that it would all disappear in 2 seconds flat. I'm exhausted...

After a very rough tally up there appears to be around half the loan up for sale, so either half has been snapped up already:o or the same again will hit when this lot goes. Either an awful lot of loan parts have been taken up, or pepperpot has slipped a decimal. Looking at the list of loan parts, I counted the number of parts I could see on one screen and multiplied it by the number of times I could hit my PageDown button before reaching the bottom of the list. I counted about 360 parts for sale right now. Since they're all £100 loan parts, it looks to me like there are £36k of parts available, which would be about 4% of the whole bridging loan. Have I made a mistake? Or has pepperpot? PS. I doubt that we're both right because if 45% of the offering disappeared in a matter of a few minutes I wouldn't expect the remaining 5% to continue to be available a half-hour later. That's not impossible, of course, but it does strike me as rather unlikely. PPS. I think I should withdraw the above comments -- having just rechecked the list of available loan parts, they're now all gone, so it looks like they were going like hotcakes!

All gone now, from what I remember they all came from 'First Lender' who took £400K worth of the original offering which would tally with pepperpot's estimate. They were going like hot cakes after three failed attempts to take parts from the top of the list, I finally got a handful from the bottom.

Looks like we were both right! Hope you got what you wanted, and I hope more will come online for if/when the report becomes available. My guess is, if they're true to form, AC will hold back the 5 interest payments due, so if anyone missed out, I might be persuaded to part with mine in about 5 months

On the old 1k loan part loan. The after market would be empty from time to time long before all the underwriter loan parts where sold.
