savingstream any news on the Hemel Hempstead land. Are you still on schedule for this week? Disappointing lack of response but we now know the answer to your question. I won't be transferring funds in future based on SS predictions. It's pointless doing so for SS anyway. Their "instant deposit" process allows you to buy into new loans as soon as they're listed and then transfer your funds across within 24 hours. Having money sitting idle in SS makes no sense.

SS have not been too bad in this aspect. They have missed the odd deadline in the past but not to the extent or level (barring loans 17-19, I think, which they had major issues with). They're still better than a couple of other platform who have exaggerated many future milestones & not fulfilled many promises.
