LOL I drop to below £10 of live/Late loans and now they introduce 2FA
oh and I called up a loan and got the red "session expired" banner, clicked and it let me see the loan...
not sure how long it will give ou to change your password and setup 2FA, so worth logging in and changing it

I just came across this and set it up in a matter of minutes. Probably less than a minute actually.
I'm not sure why I bothered really as my account balance has been at zero for several months now. Just thought it better than losing access to my account I guess.
As fas as 2FA is concerned, I thought that's what the security questions which were required in additon to password were.

As fas as 2FA is concerned, I thought that's what the security questions which were required in additon to password were.
Not really -- isn't two FACTOR authentication supposed to be "something you know, something you own".
So, you can't call "Enter Password 1: ****" .... "Enter Password 2: ******" as two-factor, as it's the same factor. Just twice.
The "something you own" bit is e.g. a number-generator dongle, an app on a phone, a text to a phone etc.
"Look: FOUR DIMENSIONS! Length, longness, width and height!"

2FA has just kicked in for me.
And there is only tuppence in there. Perhaps i should give up?
