DFL017 - the company details given on the update don't match Companies House. Searching for the Co name doesn't find anything. Searching for the Co Number brings up a completely different company. What am I missing..?

DFL013 - the most recent update on Companies House is October 2021, so not sure how that helps... DFL019 - last update December 2021! PBL106 - last update April 2021! Seems like a bit of a waste of time!!

In brighter news, this has generated £3.50 for me, nearly enough to pay for the U3A French class for 2 of us.

" these distributions are interim distributions and there may be future distributions on these loans " . . . fingers crossed
The "Unclaimed available funds for investors" part is interesting . . . a bit

What am I missing..? IIRC, that 'HIL' company is/was registered in the British Virgin Islands (which, of course, are not publicly accessible).

Yes, I noticed that BVI bit on re-reading the loan details spiel and wondered why I hadn't got my barge pole out back when the loan was funding... So in that case the details in today's Lender Update PDF are incorrect for that loan! We can't check Companies House for updates on it...

Seems like a bit of a waste of time!! The reports will explain why there isnt much money ... and most investors wont have had any update or info on loans (unless they read the LAG FB where synopsis of the reports have been posted to keep people informed) for 5 years

I made a withdrawal yesterday and now making another one today. If I knew there was more to come I would have waited as well and done it as one withdrawal.

I got £26.96. then £9.90. hence why I. did the 1st withdrawal I guess it's a reason to charge us more fee's. !!

Warned not to take money out via dribs and drabs as Admin billed for over £6000 to distribute the last tranche................ Wait 'til you have a decent stash to withdraw ...some hopes.

That was my concern . Its like they do it on purpose to collect more fees . Is there an email / contact to communicate with them and perhaps next time someone on behalf of us here could ask if there are any plans for more funds to be available for Withdrawal ? . . . just an idea

Is there an email / contact to communicate with them and perhaps next time someone on behalf of us here could ask if there are any plans for more funds to be available for Withdrawal ? . . . just an idea Its been flagged numerous times, on various action groups that there is a cost to withdrawals, and lenders may want to factor that in rather than withdraw pence. There was a specific post by one of the M2 committee that they were expecting another distribution so to hold off withdrawals but I get the impression that they were unaware of the timing and that it would be done in two batches, so were reacting, rather than pre-empting. Logically, the admins will wait until after today's payout before processing any withdrawals in order to capture multiple requests. There are more tranches to come over the next few months ... suggested endpoint for this stage of process is later summer.
