Are you talking about the property one? Not interested in that. Yes it is a property loan although there is an arty/antique one listed as in progress.

The yacht started bang on time to the second. We would call that a racing start when I was a yachty. Very high percentage filled after 2 minutes so I went to the gym

The property loan shown as "Loan Offer Accepted" has been there a while, and is almost certainly the next tranche on the existing loan facility against the huge Scottish property. As such probably not of great interest to many of us who will already have the desired exposure to this borrower.
