Bb healthcare

I hold approx 1400 shares in this trust. It's never done anything in 4 years and there is a chance to sell in December. I'm not familiar with the process as I've no idea what the buy back price will be so how do I know if it's a reasonable deal or not.?
Bb or belleview healthcare currently trades arong 1.47.
Thinking of selling... thoughts?
