Today when I logged into my Ablrate accounts after some weeks, I noted to my surprise that the sum of 'Available funds' and 'Funds lent' in my dashboard was less than the amount that I deposited. This happened in the past too, when I had units for sale on secondary market. But I have no offers running currently. I started searching. And found that Looks okay on first glance, my offer expired (0 days). But why was it still listed here and what does "Waiting for decision" mean? I then clicked on "View" . and found out, I need to "Cancel" the unsold, ended sales offer to make my funds available again for further bidding. This hiccup sounds minor. However in the past I did not receive interest in one case, because at the time of interest payment the part was active in resale. I wrote to support at that time and they said they would fix it. Don't know if that could situation could reoccur in the above described case. I'll stay away from selling on the secondary market for now. If you offered any parts on resale that did not sell, you might want to check the status, too.

Thank for pointing this out, it is an anomaly on the approval system, which is ending with the new system.
We will review this is the morning and have it changed, so that the system auto-cancels.

We have today implemented some changes on the SM that should solve the above issue and we are awaiting confirmation of those changes. We have also implemented some things to make it easier to manage to see what is available by providinga unique identifier for each trade. When you click on this it will give you a list of SM nits available in that specific loan. This should be up on the live system in the next couple of days.

Hi These changes have been implemented. There is one change to come, currently the overview says the 'Value of Units' - this will be changed to show the offer price in the summary... These change will do the following: 1. Give a new identifier to each transaction. If you click on the unique identifier it will go through to a page where all units on offer in that loan are listed. 2. When your unit listing period has ended, without any offers, it will automatically close the offer and return the units to your current investments and continue as if you had not listed them. Sorry for the glitch, but it is fixed now. Regards Ablrate
