I found out today that if you try to make a payment, and it comes back as an error, FC might get your money anyway and hold it in a secret client account for 3-4 weeks before emailing you to tell you about it and offering to give it back (to either your bank account or your FC account).
To be fair, I should have noticed earlier. But it still strikes me as odd that this can happen.

Me too ....and I was very embarassed that I also hadn't noticed - gets tricky when card payments take a few days to show on your account and if you're making lots of transactions (at the time I was topping up pretty much every day, sometimes twice) at least that's the excuse I'm making to myself. What I did find amusing was the "don't worry it's very rare that this kind of thing happens" - because after I'd replied back with my instructions, I then got another email saying really sorry, we've just realised this has happened to you on another two occasions !! I'm just relieved they spotted it, but if I find payments timing out again (it hasn't done for a while now, so I'm hopeful it really was a temporary glitch) I will be a lot more vigilant to see what actually disappears out of my account.

Sorry, but they have to find funds for the cash back offers.

Glad I wasn't the only one that didn't notice! I did initially wonder why they don't just credit it to your FC account (and email you to let you know) but I suppose if you have autobid turned on and it gets lent out then you might not be very happy.

Indeed, especially if, in the time it took Financial Constipation to notice, you'd tried again and made a successful transfer.

I was happy for one of mine to go into my account - tho is going to take a couple of days to get it bid with the current volumes... def wouldn't have wanted 3!

Is anyone else unable to use the "View repayment schedule" link at the moment? I see there's a thread on the official forum from April 2014 saying that it didn't work back then if you had "too many" loan parts. Surely that isn't still the case?

Works for me with 2100 loan parts and just under 25,000 entries (short loans). But there is a limit in Excel.

Hmm, I've got fewer loan parts than that so I guess there's something in my loan book that's poisoning the export hamsters...

Anyone else got this problem with 'Loan Parts sold'?
Default of 25 per page but I only get 14. Oldest is 5th August. If I go to 2nd page then newest is 25th July. Did sell some in-between.
Thinks..... Try changing view to 50 per page. No change except newest on 2nd page now 30th June.
Tried on Chrome and Safari on Mac. Same on both.

Showing 25 per page.

Works for me too on Chrome, two pages from today and yesterday. They drop out if the loans are no longer outstanding - but that should not affect pagination. But then, my loans pagination has never worked properly.
