Well, I have dealt with dozens of financial service providers over the last few years. Very few have made any mistakes. Of those that have, only one organisation has not corrected the errors immediately they were made aware of them!

I'll take that as a 'yes' then? 8>. However I think Fleeing Clumsily are actually only interested in the opinions of a handful of their individual investors (and a few big institutions), so coming bottom on that survey isn't going to cause the sort of sea-change required.

Watch out for an addition to the T&Cs: 'By continuing to use the website you confirm your complete satisfaction with the quality of our operations and our service to you, and you authorise us to confirm your endorsement in such statistical anonymised profiles of lender satisfaction that we may from time to time choose to create and publicise'.

Yet again they have managed to screw-up the account updates over the weekend. You would have thought that having done this sort of thing many times before they could find a way to get it right, eventually but perhaps that is just too much to hope for?
Update 1430 Still no sign of the problem being solved. In anyone of the organisations that I am involved with, the person responsible would by now be an ex-employee. Screwing around with our customers accounts is IMO unforgiveable but FC seem to have become Grand Masters at this practice!!!!!!!!!

Not so much a matter of getting it right, but having someone on standby to fix it if it fails. They seem to have a 9 to 5 Monday to Friday attitude to a 24 x 7 platform.

So unfair to expect Firefight Corrections to be able to pay/deduct exactly the right amounts, exactly when due and on precisely the right accounts. Remember they have only had four years, please.

Is anyone having difficulty putting loan parts up for sale on the SM ? Sorry if this has been discussed already, I've been away for a week. After selecting the tick box and all that nothing seems to happen.... , I can get it to put them up sometimes by refreshing the page or going to the summary page and back again o.O , any ideas ?

Yep, broken. Presumably some of those recent property loans with 2% splashback have recently been accepted, thereby unleashing gazzilions of pre-owned parts on to the SM.

Known problem with some pages showing old/cached data. Have told FC several times, but they are unable/,unwilling to fix it. The bid box usually has the right number!!

Pretty much dead at the moment.
No funds available, no summary pie chart, no pages working from the summary page.
Perhaps they got upset at paying me 2 X the cashback on the latest 2% loan
