Just tried to transfer funds using this method.
On the Assetz transfer funds page it says that go cardless transactions will get to your account the same day. However as you progress through the fields it says money will arrive on or shortly after 30th.
Any one know what is going wrong?

Normally Assetz credit your account right after the transaction, but it doesn't leave your account until a few days latter.

Its a direct debit transaction so whilst the credit to your Assetz account is immediate it takes a few days to work its way through the banking system back to your account.
IMPORTANT - check the email after the transaction for the date the DD will come off your account - it is sometimes 1 day earlier than that on screen message (earlier today I got a 30th Dec on screen message but the email says 27th Dec).

I think that if you re-read the sentence that mentions the date you'll probably find that the date specified is the date you should expect it to come out of your current account though, as mrclondon noted, it might not be debited exactly on the specified day. When moving funds into your current account to cover the debit, it's probably best to err on the side of caution.

Thanks for the advice.
When it said the money would be debited from my account on 30th, I assumed that this was when it would arrive at Assetz. Have made the transfer and it appeared instantly.
