Something I would like to see on the MT website is much more advance notice of potential loans to be offered - even if the information is all still tbc and subject to change
I know that MT give at least 4 hours notice and often more for the bigger loans especially for those of us who read this forum but it would be good to have some form of 'forward look' especially for those of us who need to move money around ahead of time.
Something listing
Type of loan (broad category - property, electronics, cars, art) Amount LTV interest rate MP Y/N Renewal Y/N Approximate date to be launched
for the month ahead would be very useful for planning purposes

While I think of it, another enhancement I would like to see is having an option one can set to automatically withdraw your cash balance (weekly/monthly or when it reaches a set figure) to your bank account to save people having to remember to log in/actively monitor your account

I and others have previously suggested that MT may prefer to pay any interest due once a month for all loans at the same time (aka SS) but they have always stated a preference to pay each on its monthly anniversary date despite the added workload this creates in terms of dealing with withdrawal requests. So potentially - if MT set this up, it could reduce the number of withdrawal requests they have to deal with. As you say, it would be nice to have and as per the title of the thread its just a suggestion ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Initial impression is that I would prefer to maintain the manual withdrawal system as we will likely maintain the variable interest payment dates. Regards, Ed.

We are just in the process of looking into this now. We will probably look at putting an additional 4th tab on the Loans page (after 'Completed Loans'), to show Pipeline Loans. Will come back to you shortly. Kind regards, Ed.

Another "nice to have" would be on all the account pages (overview and the more detailed "my funds"), could credits and debits be better differentiated? Either by colour or even by "+" and "-" in front of the figures?

The way other platforms such as RS and ReBS seem to have implemented this is retained the ability for all customers to do manual withdrawals but in addition offer an automated withdrawal system (i.e. zeroing out investors account every so often)

The only entries that now prevent a simple reconciliation (especially once we get the "Extract to CSV" button, discussed elsewhere) are the "Withdrawal Request" entries, which show a positive "Amount" but don't change the "Account Balance", followed by a second entry for "Withdrawal Confirmed" with the correct negative "Amount" and corresponding reduction to "Account Balance". It would be better if a "Withdrawal Request" entry had zero in the "Amount" field (since the "Account Balance" doesn't change at that point) and simply moved the requested sum from "Available Funds" to "Frozen Funds". The "Withdrawal Confirmed" entry should stay as it is now, reducing both "Frozen Funds" and "Account Balance" by the "Amount" withdrawn.
