Looks like 50% was taken BEFORE this was offered to us?

£1.5m has been underwritten.
I'm glad the largest loan to date has, what appears to be, a pretty good borrower behind it. As this is now the benchmark for the provision funds stress test.

reading the valuation report, aiui, a weekly rent of £130 pw is being charged for effectively the full year (51 weeks). Even including bills, that sounds excessive. Is this the going rate in Huddersfield? Where I am it's more around the £80 pw average with £90-£100 for posher pads!

There is a statement in the loan particulars to "Please see attached CV". Has anyone located that? There also is a parenthetical reference "see Bradford valuation document". Where do I find that? Perhaps savingstream would care to supply the links to these documents?

Going fast. Only 21% left.
No sign of Ramblin Rose on the forum today so no predictions on how long till it's fully filled. Wonder if she's away and will miss out.
A nice long 12 month term for those wanting to tuck their money away and forget about it for a bit.
Will admit I have invested a fair sum in it without doing my usual due diligence and reading of the reports. Perhaps that means I'm starting to have more confidence in the durability of SS - or perhaps it's because if you don't get in quick these days you lose the opportunity.

Hmmm, looks like the available funds in PBL 025 have just been increased by 12.5%, back up to 24.51%. Would that be due to an 'Underwritter' from the 50% that was missing right from the beginning?

We have £1.5m already committed from an individual who we describe as an “underwriter”. He is prepared to leave up to £1.5m in the loan for the entire term of the loan, however if there is further interest over and above £1.5m from the SS investors, we will release parts of his £1.5m underwriting back into the market.

If that's the case, can you please explain how/why the amount remaining to be funded has increased so significantly today? Thank you.

PBL024 has just been cancelled/delayed so there is plenty of funds sitting in lender accounts ready to fill PBL025.
