Cashback on Rosetta Rd

PM are offering 1% cashback (20% of their 5%) on the Rosetta Rd property. The email says the offer also applies to existing investors of this property, but it is not clear whether this is existing investments or just new investments by existing investors.

Edit: They responded like greased lightning saying existing investments will get it.
