It seems then I just have to wait for one (and hopefully four) of those emails. You can do more than just wait. Keep watch on the loans' Q&A and LoanInfo tabs. In the case of Up**n, for instance, you'll see that contracts have been exchanged and completion is set for 25/Apr. So you can expect the 'settle up now' email few days before then. For Wr***am, the most recent drawdown estimate was 28/Mar, and when that didn't happen someone -- me, actually -- asked for a revised estimate. There's an old 'end of March' drawdown estimate for Aber, and a couple of days ago someone -- not me -- asked for an update. The C***ria LoanInfo tab has an entry from Friday saying drawdown is due to occur this week. We don't want to inundate AC with daily requests for updates -- nice as daily updates would be to have -- but if there's a loan where there hasn't been an update in a week, or where the current drawdown estimate has passed, feel free to ask for an update.

We shouldn't need to ask. AC had started to send out regular status emails, but it seems to have fallen by the wayside in the last 2 weeks.

I have only recently been able to place shadow bids and so some my funds are already held for W****** awaiting drawdown.
There could be a multitude of reasons for the delay, but I would hope it is not due to significant unsettled show bids where Assetz are waiting for the funds to come in, while the shadow bidders are waiting for the request to settle because the email failed to go.
Edit: Just looked at the page again and the latest posted a few minutes ago is that drawdown should be sometime this week.

The latest drawdown info as I see it is, checking today 6.4.14; Wrexham should be w/c 7/4 Weston still mid April Equestrian should be w/c 7/4 (or earlier?) this loan hasn't had much delay so clearly this date is unlikely. Aber. Chasing sign off of IVA Cumbria should be w/c 7/4 F*rniture expected to be 3/4 (out of the country) Yorkshire Leisure w/c 7/4
Most of these dates seem likely to me, but what do I know, next week looks hectic. But then again maybe not, anyway I'll be bringing more cash. Please correct me if you know different re the dates above.

Just so, perhaps they thought they had done enough with the open day and the video! Incidentally delays in drawdown seemed to be just about the only regular gripe that I picked up at the open day. I guess Andrew and Co also got the same feed back as I did so am surprised that a little more regular updating has not been forthcoming. I appreciate these things can hang fire for all sorts of reasons but now it is beginning to look like a four week delay is a quick one and that is fat too slow. Come on chaps a little less of the patting on the back and bit more of nose to the grindstone!!!

Furniture and Yorkshire are already paying for the delays. I think AC do have their snouts to the grindstone - but they can't physically force certain solicitors etc in the chain to get off their rear ends!

Whatever happened with High Wy****e ? There was some kind of retro-active cashback applied when that one cancelled (goodwill gesture to lenders?)
Aber******th Bridging is also due for some kind of "adjustment" ... they're starting to build up a bit, aren't they?
I guess (hope) April will be a flush-through of the 8 I've got stuck in pending-drawdown!

You put up some links for Youtube that were at one time a direct link to the AC vids of Lenders day, have those vids turn up anywhere. I've still not seen them bar the first.

For anyone interested in Up***, AIUI contracts have been exchanged but the seller insisted on a delayed completion to give them time to organise their departure -- so drawdown is set for 25/Apr.

As per chris's response above -- I did ask Andrew about this directly and got the same answer -- FCA compliance checking, which is now all the more important seeing as it's all being regulated, the original lenders' day/video posting was before the regulation started E.g. Assets Capital say no fees to lenders, but then clearly charged at least three people there a tenner for not switching off mobile phones. That sort of thing
