I can't be sure, because I didn't capture the page previously, but I think that a large loan in the Upcoming Possibilities list has fallen by the wayside. IIRC I believe it may have been a property loan IIRC the loan request was for £450k, so property does seem the most likely security.

Theres about 5 disappeared, the cheap yacht/watch, couple of property, a car I think and some jewellery maybe. Maybe their toughing up on valuations in view of recent disquiet!

Maybe their toughing up on valuations in view of recent disquiet! Or possibly offering lower LTVs. No doubt there's a bit of psychology involved. Does a borrower act differently for a £3k loan secured on something 'worth' £5k compared to the way they'd act if they had a £3k loan secured on something 'worth' £10k when the time comes to redeem, renew, or forfeit? My own guess is that high LTV items are more likely to forfeit, but that's just a guess.

Not to worry there's 3 more property proposals appeared, incl the first care home development, something which seem to be popping up on every platform these days.

Not interested in property unless there is full documentation irrespective as to what platform it's being offered on. Don't know how others feel but the value in care homes seems to be up and down IMO. With local authorities trimming everything then they are vulnerable but that's just my gut feeling. Anyway, see if the full documentation is made available.

I see that there's another upcoming loan that's showing as 'Offer Accepted', which usually means it will be available to fund very shortly. Unless, of course, it's a renewal, at which point it won't appear until the original loan matures. Does anyone know whether or not this is a renewal?
I suspect that the Rolex Oyster on the upcoming list is a renewal, as I have a loan of that description/amount/value that's due on Monday. There are no notes on that loan's page, so I haven't a clue whether FS have managed to contact the borrower about whether they intend to repay, renew, or default.
