That loan was, however, a bit of a special case in that it was a £245k replacement for two previous loans totalling £335k, so much of the money coming out of the old loans went into the new one, filling it very quickly. I think something similar happened on today's ruby loan rollover. That was an official renewal, so investors in the first loan would have been allowed to roll their investment forward automatically. I don't know how much of that loan was available when it appeared on the website, but it probably wasn't much, and it probably disappeared instantly despite the £25 bid limit. I didn't see it until it was fully funded. IMHO, tomorrow's loan is unlikely to fill quickly. FS lenders already have lent £955k against that set of books, so they may not want much more exposure despite the attractive interest rate and seemingly low LTV. I know I won't be putting as much into this tranche as I have into some of the earlier ones.

Looking at the valuation listing for the 22 pieces of art securing today's loan, I find that the photo of the Burger Boy sculpture on Page 20 is defective. Is this a problem with my download? Or do others see the same issue?

Mikes
The initial pdf had an error on that picture - it was corrected earlier today - sorry for any confusion.

New loan at 10:00 tomorrow 15th Century Italian Book Collection (2nd Charge) £110,000 13% pa (2% bonus for £10k+) No bid restriction Is it just a coincidence that FS waited until today's large loan was completely funded before announcing tomorrow's loan, with its bonus rate for large investments? How many of the large investors committed to the art loan would have preferred to put their money toward the books loan and earn 15% if they had known this loan was coming so soon?

New loan at 11:00 on Monday Secured against a watch and ring £1,350 13% pa LTV 67.5% £25 restriction per bid as this is a loan renewal I haven't figured out why FS have bothered to pre-announce this loan. It's not a particularly large loan in the first place, and there's going to be very little of it available to new investors because it's a renewal. I'd expect there to be less than £500 available when it goes live, and FS don't normally give advance notice for loans of that size. Perhaps it's a test of the robustness of their server, to see if it can withstand the flood of browser refresh requests that are bound to arrive around the designated release time.

I can't be sure, because I didn't capture the page previously, but I think that a large loan in the Upcoming Possibilities list has fallen by the wayside.
