Well, now tried on two different machines from two different locations on two different browsers. Still no joy. "Fix connection problems" tells me the site is online but not responding. Going to leave it for now and will check again in the morning.

The hosting company that we use did have some connectivity issues yesterday (04/03/15) afternoon.
As far as we are aware the issue was resolved and the site is fully accessible now.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I tried with firefox and explorer can't access. Maybe it's because I tried to log in from outside UK and the IP is rejected for some reason.

I have been out of the UK for a few weeks now. I log in several times each day with No problems at all..

As I said above I could not log in while abroad, however by using a VPN on chrome I have been able to log in. I am in Asia at the moment so perhaps it might be something to do with outside EU, just a guess but as VPN sorts it not too big an issue.

SS were quick to respond to my mail (brownie points awarded) and say they have had some issues with Russian IP addresses. Well this is just little old Belgium and I have never had connection issues before. I have tried multiple machines, operating system and internet providers and I still get "this page cannot be displayed".

try ping.eu/nslookup/ enter hostname savingstream.co.uk It should resolve the DNS, I get 217.199.187.63 If it doesn't then you could manually enter the address in your host table.
