Thanks, but you may as well be speaking Japanese. No idea how to do that. The other half who knows about these things says she will do something really clever to get around this on her return from Prague, but I think SS really need to get this sorted ASAP for dumb folk like me who cannot access a site where we sent a whole load of readies. I have tried different machines, operating systems and browsers, but I suspect Belgium has been cut off. Please get it sorted SS, it's not acceptable at all.

Ironically, I am actually in Japan at the moment and have also been having problems accessing the website in the last few days.
Trying either the url or 217.199.187.63 in either Firefox or Chrome don't work but I can tracert to 217.199.187.63 fine.
Chrome states:
While Firefox says:
The above is all on XP, though I have tried other browsers/ISP's, so presume its either a website/server issue - if only overseas users are affected perhaps someone has blocked foreign IP addresses from connecting?

Well, it's not browser (Firefox, Opera, etc ... all OK); not location ( UK/abroad .. working ok); not operating system (so far as I can see ..) Problem not with actually logging on but thereafter. Sooooo ... is it to do with "hosting company" mentioned below. You can get to & past logon but then something is "tripping" & you can't get past that ... ? The hosting company that we use did have some connectivity issues yesterday (04/03/15) afternoon. As far as we are aware the issue was resolved and the site is fully accessible now. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unless it's pure coincidence, this has all been happening since my 'cry-wolf' at the start of this thread. Something was going on then as I'd NEVER before had a 'freeze-up', even during a feeding-frenzy! (I did, at the time, wonder if it was because of the HUGE amounts of money being placed. You know, maybe EXTRA checks were taking place ..) I know I'd be well p****d-off if I couldn't get through ... even when there's not a fat lot happening ... I'd still want to know even that So, c'mon, savingstream, shake-a-leg & let's see some active assurance.

No, I'm outside UK. Not having ANY problem. In Turkey for the next 2 weeks and have no problem logging in using Safari on my iPad Well it doesn't work on my iPad - either using WiFi or on mobile data (on Safari or Chrome) - just can't to the site at all. If this continues, next week will have to try it from my office network (which uses UK IP addresses) and another Japanese ISP I have access too

I have also asked Belgian friends to look at the site, it won't load. I do hope this gets the full attention of the SS team on Monday morning or my wife (who freaked when I told her the site where I sent kids inheritance to was no longer responding) might well be on the phone on Monday morning. They really don't want that.....Nobody wants that!

Working fine for me - in UK, PC, Firefox browser. I did ntice it was taking a bit longer than normal to load a couple of days ago.
Sounds like a server issue to me or perhaps something do wth anti-spammer measures being run which check against banned lists before alowing access. I know someone who runs a website and it gets lots of spammers / bots joining up frm China, Russia etc. The anti spam thing which checks the IP address against a banned list can take a few seconds and sometimes it times out or denies access to genuine people. Don't know if maybe some additional security has been put on the system recently to deal with spam and some real, genuine people are getting caught up in the net. Just a thought.

The only people who seem to be having problems are outside of the UK, from what I see at least. I still can't access the site from Belgium.

I'm in S.America at the moment and no problems with the website; using Chrome and my old IE9 - both working fine.
