I recently came across One Stop Funding. Does anyone here have any experience with them?

Not invested with them, but on the old forum I asked if anyone had any thoughts on them but apart from one comment that the where look for sophisticated investors so that counted them out there where no other responses.

Goodness - they're popping up everywhere. Do they all really think it's that easy. Put up a two penny web site and folks will lend/invest their hard earned cash to strangers based on a promise. Expect most will just fade away within about 12-18 months.

Thanks for the reminder about P2PMoney. A couple days ago, I tried to register with OSF. This generated the following message via email... I've heard nothing further, though perhaps I shouldn't be surprised considering the time of year. If I do hear anything more, I'll post again here.

Be interested in that guarantee. Brought a chuckle - '....true Potential Lenders....' Maybe one should bung them a few grand up front just to convince them of the low risk....

Any volunteers? I've done what I can. But until my registration is made active, I can't even log in to the website to see if they have any loans available to purchase. (That was the whole reason I registered in the first place.)

So they'll no doubt argue that a return of 0% is also covered by the "guarantee", such as it is...

From what I can see with many of these new P2P's, it's all done on a shoestring and a bit of copy & paste from someone else's site. Then sit back and watch the £'s flow in. Easy money (or so they think).
