I've been a lender on Thincats for a few years but haven't invested anything now for a couple of years. The only involvement I have with the site now is simply withdrawing funds. Since the website changed, I've become quite confused as to what cash is available for withdrawal. When I view the transactions, via the accounts summary data page, the cleared funds shown never matches the cash figure on the cash summary page itself. I know I must sound really stupid, but which figure should I be looking at when I make withdrawals??? Thanks for any help - I really don't feel inclined to get into any communication with Thincats itself.

The Dashboard figure is the amount you can withdraw.
I suspect that when you 'View Transcations' you are not resetting the time to a from date which is before you started investing then hitting 'Fetch'
The default value is only one month.docx (66.78 KB)
