Out of interest how do you know it's August? I live on a new development that was started in 2011, but Google satellite still shows it as open countryside, and no roads on the map. Image capture date under the photo is the clue I assume  Thanks. I couldn't open the images on my tablet and I don't get dates on the Google Earth/maps either. Perhaps I need to get my laptop out of hibernation?

Neither the MT or SS loans appear to relate to the development of the second site B as they are to be repaid on/before completion of the first C site in Sept 2016 Unless, of course, SS suggested to the borrower -- off the record, of course! -- that their investors wouldn't be too upset if the loan didn't repay when it's supposed to. Or SS suggested that the loan could be rolled over for another year if the borrower wanted to do that. After all, SS know that -- at the moment, anyway -- investors are hungry for SS investments, so they shouldn't have trouble funding a replacement loan if that's what the borrower wants to do in September.

It might be possible that what you are saying is true but I would prefer if SS shines some light on this.
