You'll soon need an extension to fit all these frownies! This is seriously dragging on now  Earlier today I came across an announcement from SS dated in early December announcing that this loan was now available to be funded -- with drawdown expected the following week! For that matter, the loan description still says "The loan has not gone live yet, it has a completion date set for 7 business days time..." -- just as it has for more than three months!

I have re-visited this loan, and don't understand why the borrower wants the loan. The borrower already owns the property, and wants to exit their current mainstream lender. The property is to be refinanced with a different mainstream lender within 10-12 weeks. savingstream, it has already taken more than 12 weeks to drawdown, so is it still going to happen ? |

I make it 125 days. So 18 weeks, must be a record. Actually PBL's 016 and 017 beat it by a day. I'm hoping the weekly update we may get today might shed some more light on these, IIRC it's been nearly a fortnight since the last update.
