Mine too.  Which probably explains why the large amount of parts of PBL018 and PBL019 that appeared on the secondary market this week were snapped up very quickly.

Then SS will have a hefty interest & cashback bill to honour, unless they can force the borrower to pay it if they do pull out of the deal

IIRC, SS have said they would pay both the interest and the cashback even if the loan didn't draw down.  That commitment, however, was made before they had any very extended periods waiting for drawdown, so they might not have thought those promises could be as expensive as some might actually turn out to be.  On the other hand, this policy does give them an advantage over much of the competition, so it could be worth whatever it costs.

The only loan I can think of that failed to draw down was PBL024 and, IIRC, that one didn't offer cashback.  So all they had to pay when they suspended that loan was the interest that had accrued.
