So will Santa bring us some CB on Monday for 18496 ? (C, £260k, 24 months) I am frankly surprised how many new loans they have brought out today. For them to have to offer CB on this Monday it would mean that they expect a good loan flow through early next week. Surely that is not possible? Santa and FC arbitrary decisions make anything possible.

Property loan 16501 (Kent 1) has been "Processing" for the last couple of days - interest due 20 Dec but still not paid, even though all interest is supposedly with-held by our Fine Chimps at drawdown. Oh well, they're Fallible Chimps after all!

How about not telling them and letting it go late. What note would they write? What would they say to the borrower? The money is safe, it's just a technical error.

Technical issue - could that cover "the borrowers can't be located, and neither can the property we were going to take a charge on after they bought it"?
And why does the headline say "Property development" when the investor report calls it a Short Term Property Loan?
And why does the comment say "we have received the monthly payment from the borrower"?
Could "technical issue" cover "we've just realised that we should have taken this off the SM weeks ago, and now we're trying to decide what to do about it". Wouldn't be the first time.
Excuse me for panicking.

As a Short Term loan, I'm wondering whether the borrower is seeking to pay off the principal before it officially goes into another month? The technical issue would let them stop the clock while funds are moved. We'll see anyway. I'm not holding this one, so can't see the details, but paying off as early as possible is generally the idea with Short Term loans.

Property development in Kent DA15 1 (16501) — 10 days late....... still no movement on this one - Despite the comment- "23 Dec 2015 We have received the monthly payment from the borrower, however due to a technical issue, the repayment has not been distributed successfully to all investors. We are working to correct this as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused." I'm only still in it for a score but irritating none the less. I guess this is a part of the current Festive Constipation which might splutter it's way into some sort of order come the back end of next week.......

Failing Compass's map of UK seems to come from same source as their calendar. 18783 is property development in Trowbridge which they class as 'north west'. Last time I looked Wiltshire was in SW.
