So WB6 has been pulled again. FC comment: "This loan is being restructured and will then be relisted. Thanks FC". So what does that mean? Roll the dice again to see if they can get a 6 to send it to the Investment Trust?

They pulled Towersey too. So with probably few new issuances today they may have enough released cash to ply into Notting Hill and pals. The conversation with the Byfleet borrower might be quite interesting to overhear..... Pulling Towersey may be because a material fact (another loan to the same company) was omitted. If they'd been monitoring the Q&A it may have been pulled earlier.

Re-listed Towersey is filling nicely with Autobid money, but strange that Autobid has taken none of my 8% parts at par on the SM for a few days now. I reckon I have bought my last 8% property loan from Fiddling Chancers.

West byfleet parts (or at least mine) are selling on the SM, so the lever isn't 100% to pm.

Maybe a new strategy - push the lever over to clear out the SM of discounted parts in the earlier tranches, so that next time they re-relaunch it, they won't get Q&A pointing out the discounted loan parts and asking why any sane person would bid on the new loan without cashback?

Could be. I figured with yet more parts coming I might as well try selling my small slice but didn't expect it to go so fast.

New loan Tooting2 9% A+ for 15 months. Not particularly exciting, but I think that for me it would trump a West Byfleet 6 at 8% over 17 months with 1% cashback. It will take 2% cash back to make WB6 worth touching.

I assume 20225 is yet another ****up. A category A short term property loan at only 8pc while the A+ property development loan is at 9pc.

If it is, there is some explaining to do as the first tranche went to you know who (WL). If they can hold this one out to Autobid it will be a new low. Flying Carpets have recovered well after the WB fiasco yesterday and seem to be in gung-ho mood again very quickly.

The A at 8% has not stopped st*v*59 from bidding. Going well with Autobidders and the indiscriminate.

WB6 has been relisted - now at 10%. I wonder if it wouldn't have been cheaper all round to have chucked some CB at it instead?
