Yes we have become greedy b*st*rds. And over there at ABLRate, online check-in has started for seats on a plane scheduled for a trip to the paradise of eleven-per-cent-land, where fees never happen. Planes safe enough?

Planes safe enough? I hope planes are safe enough. I design bits of them Financially, for us it's been like there never was a recession. But then again, apparently it's a late cycle business sector, so maybe I shouldn't count my chickens.

It seems that the new batch of property loans is being taken up. Not surprising with the business loans throttled. No thanks.

Not surprising with the business loans throttled. Even those loans that are coming through are behaving oddly. Take 11985... <£10k, A+ - shoe-in for MBR in seconds flat off autobid, right? Yet, with a day plus pocket change to go, it's still not there. 6.8s are still in.

As soon as it reached 100% funded, autobid will be ignoring it in favour of the unfilled property loans. Also, today, some bidbots many be stalling because there are some new TS and Cs they need to read and agree to .. Not sure what has changed though, and I doubt that affects autobid users.

11989 (8% + 1%CB) beat 11987 (9%, no CB) to fill, but then it was £17k smaller (£193k vs £210k) and 11987 only has 4% to go, so nothing in it really. Wonder what the 2nd Tranche offers will be on each...? My suspicion, given both 1st Tranches should fill in under 2 days, is they'll go with same again and hope they fill in 3/4/5 days.

2% CB again being offered with 12035, which makes 12033 look pretty mean!

I'm in for a fair few quid (in my world!) and hopefully in for some more if I sell property loan parts in time. I have about 15-20% of my P2P pot in property so don't really want to introduce any more money to it at the moment; just recycle the same money; although my property exposure has crept up last 3 2% CB loans due to a lack of other FC opportunities.

I had sold almost all of the original loan parts at par, which seems encouraging, so I've opened the wallet and thrown a few quid into 12035.

Perhaps that was back when the early tranches were located in London!

12052 is offering 8% + 2%CB over just 6 months term (to get away the final tranche of 6). Pity those that bought tranches 4 and 5 at just 0.5%CB...

Too good to be true? Well the purse is to be fully unzipped and shaken. APR is like 12% for an income tax payer, more on higher rate.
