Hendon 10 is looking a bit fragile, despite being smallish. I wonder if it'll come back at a higher rate, or maybe some of that missing CB? Hendon 10 has just disappeared from the live listings. It had less than 24hrs to go and hadn't reached 70% filled when I looked earlier this morning. Cashback anyone? If they were going to offer cashback then on past precedent they'd have left the listing up and added cashback rather than removing the listing.

Have you looked at that place on street view? How is that going to be 3 million?! This is a crazy loan. I advise you to read the Q and A before putting money on this. www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.5482014,-0.0735019,3a,75y,353.55h,88.59t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sy2hMOywrPvYkWPe5-PmmdA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

No cashback, but Hendon 10 has just reappeared as 21359 with a more attractive 10% rate for a loan of £352,760.

A loan has been relisted (as 21386) as 9% rather than 8%. The problem seems to be that people are exposed to the borrower via a different project.

Given that Hendon 10 is 87% filled in 24 hours and the Luton loan 21386 is 26% funded in 4 hours I would suggest that the rates on the original pulled loans were too low at 8% without cashback support. I notice that in the Q&A FC note Given the option to increase the rate is written into the loan agreements perhaps it is time to organise a buyers strike on all 8% property loans to push them to a more respectable rate.

Have you see the location? I can not see how that would be valued at 4 million.

Will it flip at 8%? I figured nothing ventured, nothing gained. But only a modest punt to test the water. Decent prospect for an early repayment too.
