Did they forget to link it? It doesn't appear on Uxbridge 1's linked loans.

There's plenty of A+ Uxbridge at 10%. (This could become my new West Byfleet.  ) Thanks for flagging that one. I've just made my first cash transfer back IN to Faintly Comical for about 15 months (the greener grass on t'other side of the fence looking rather patchy in places at the moment). It's starting to feel like we need to start an "A+ 10% alert" thread to replace the old E alerts... [Of course, I'm now an arch Diversity Criminal, with something approaching 99% exposure to a single loan  ] What could possibly go wrong?

Uxbridge 2 appears to be properly linked to Uxbridge 1 and all their other loans. If you have both pages, is there a spot the difference? Shouldn't Uxbridge 2 appear on the other Uxbridge loans as a linked loan?

1 is linked from 2 but 2 is not linked from 1. But maybe that is because 2 has been pulled, not why it was pulled. No explanation given by FC. They will probably say it was too good for us.

And the liquidity on these 10% loans is very good. If prepared to sell at par you can sell and have them in your bank account in 24 hours. Add a day if you want to cover the sale fee.

My ovine sense is tingling. I feel an imminent relisting.  Wow, that's pretty good - just listed. Can you tell us when the next large E's are? :-)

Property Development in Uxbridge 1 32365 was wrongly graded A+ not A
There is a new listing 32482 also called Property Development in Uxbridge 1 which will repay 32365. - and people are still able to buy loan parts 32365 on the SM!
Do you think I'll get a full months interest on my 32365 loan part?
From 32482 report...

Jiminy! I went deep on 32365. Where do I get the cash to move into 32482? Shepherd's Pie futures market?
There could be another tranche later. You will get a full month's interest on those 32365 parts. Enormous AER.
