So much for SS giving a 24 hour warning before listing.. I'm sure they had mentioned doing something along those lines. I just popped out for a hour and missed the lot. Is it true that someone managed to get a £100k chunk... can't really call it a slice after all  |

I'm just lucky I looked in. I thought we'd get warning and 6pm was the release time. I got a text message just before 15.30. No email though. And yes I saw £100k go in 3 bids to the same ID plus another near £4.5k to the same ID. And those were only on the page I was looking at!! Boots filled nicely thank you!!

I wonder if SS can let us know why they launch the loan first, then email/text us at some time after it has gone live. What is so difficult in sending out the notifications at least a couple of hours before the start time? I logged on as soon as we were alerted on this forum, and the loan was over 60% gone by that time. My text came at 15:27 (I didn't se it, but that's my fault!). My email arrived about ten minutes later at 15:41.

No email confirmations of the parts I sold this morning either. Do SS still do that? I haven't received one of those notices in quite a while, and I just assumed they had stopped doing them. They were doing them as recently as Thursday last week (12th). And on Friday they sent me a confirmation email for a withdrawal request and on Sunday another to confirm the funds were in my bank. This morning I withdrew some more funds but no email confirmation yet though my available balance has reduced accordingly.

I got the text message at 15.27 and the email at 15:51, by which time I had already put my bit on (and availble left to fund was aleady down to ~36%).
