Hi all I'm new to this form of saving and since I had some spare cash I didn't mind risking I thought I'd give this ago I brought two equal value loan parts one in Property Bridging Loan 004b and one Property Bridging Loan 025 both to me seem fairly secure Only question I have is other than general advice is how quickly can I withdraw funds if I suddenly need the cash? (I have an ISA I can go to first) just wondering really how quickly the withdrawel can happen? also can someone point me to the T&C's for savingstream as I forgot to print them when I signed up Cheers

At the moment, the market is pretty liquid with most parts selling within 24hrs. PBL25 is the exception as it has yet to be fully funded. Once you have the cash available to withdraw, SS are generally pretty quick at authorising the withdrawl from the time you make the request and then its sent by faster payments so should be in account quickly thereafter. While it can vary, 24hrs isnt an unreasonable expectation for this second part in my experience, even had withdrawals sent on a Sun, but if you have a look through the threads on this board youll see a few other have had some issues in this area. T&Cs are at the bottom of the signing in screen under Terms. They are also on the marketing page, access by clicking SS logo, under Investors tab. Be aware that the platform has evolved somewhat since they were written and they are not particularly up to date in some areas. Any queries this forum is probably the place to start Heres a link SS T&Cs
