I've alluded to this error in another thread but I thought I'd try a different tack this time. If I look at my tax statement for the period 1st March until 31st March I earned zero interest. If I look at my tax statement for the period 1st April until 30th April I earned zero interest. However, if I look at my tax statement for the period 1st March until 1st April I earned the correct amount of interest for March. This is particularly annoying when my tax period ends on the last day of the month. The tax statements generated are incorrect. Please tell me I am not the only one affected in this way. I'm getting a bit paranoid.

For reference here is Savingstream's actual statement to me
'the system is currently undergoing work to become more robust in terms of interest calculations to eliminate these anomalies.'

Thanks ilmoro. I did email them but I received no reply. Fingers crossed it will be sorted soon. I used the onsite feedback form which has a 2 out 3 response rate in my experience. I have a zero response rate on standard email (out of 2)
