PBL 004a/b – No change this week.
PBL 005 – Refinance discussions with commercial lender progressing well.
PBL 006 – No change. We will probably be extending this loan by a further 3 months as the client is still waiting for his funds from a deal to come through but expects it in June. This should be agreed in time for next weeks update.

PBL 007 – The property is now empty and is with the local agent. Auction planned for end of April however we have received a number of cash offers which we are considering.
PBL 008 – No change. Repayment has been suggested for as early as this week. Funds will be returned to investors in full.

PBL 011/012/013 – No change from last week.
PBL 014 – The borrower has exchanged on this and we expect payment in May.
PBL 015 – No change from last week.
