With the figure growing nearer to the £3m needed, it might be pertinent to get an idea (at least on this forum) of how much has been invested individually.

In for a penny, in for 5k (as they say). Although it started out at 2k after being bruised by the plumbers and having a teenage strop moment.

I've gone for 70% of what I've made from AC, worst case scenario - I still have an inflation beating return.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Sometimes I read threads on this forum and think I've invested too much.
Then there are also moments when I think, still time to invest far too much.

Interesting, I went through a similar kind of thought process - I threw in about a year's gross return from AC. I went for enough to cover my income tax bill for this year and next. That may be the same as a year's gross return, but as most of my return goes into my SIPP it's not an income tax issue just yet.

Might have been better to ask what percentage of your net wealth you invested in AC. That's a much better indication of the real conviction level of the trade! If net wealth excludes my home, then 0.35%

You've missed £0 off the options. Personally I'd be just as interested in how many of us chose to avoid it, and why.

I think it's fairly plain what it means. The poll has a built in assumption that everyone invested something in the seedrs fundraise.
Of those that didn't, there could be a multitude of reasons. Most obviously, no spare cash. Less obviously, reduced confidence that the massive expansion will happen as guessed.

Not as much as I would do if I didn't already have a large amount caught up in suspended loans!

- Lack of confidence in AC's ability to manage non-performing loans.

I think missing the 0 option of the poll makes it meaning less, like adverts that say "save up to ......".
