Fear not. Just look at the pipeline. I have, investors interested in the small or more attractive loans will just have to be in the right place at the right time. My post may have been a bit misleading, I actually managed to nab a bit of the loan, but not quite as much as I wanted, got some of the big boat too, so I was quite happy. Nonetheless, there must be a lot of miffed investors that missed out, and savingstream had promised 24hrs notice on the smaller loans at least so I was hoping for a fairer approach.

I don't get text alerts but my email arrived at 16.46, the loan was already filled up by then. It's not on is it. I didn't receive an e-mail, not that it would have done any good. I'm just wondering, do people who have elected to receive texts not get e-mails or are some receiving both? Mind you, on the basis of your experience I think I'll stick with texts!

I'm guessing the former, but would'nt mind the latter as I'd sold quite a lot of my holding and wouldn't mind getting some more.

I watched this loan fill from the start (there were just 2 small bids). I had time to read the bridging loan particulars and a brief read of the Valuation Report. It took at least 10 minutes to get from 99% to 89% available. Then from 89% to 65% took another 5 minutes, while I decided if it was sensible to bid. Then the SMS was received and it filled in seconds.
I don't believe most lenders had time to read the bridging details or the valuation report. I think 55% LTV on a small loan was a enough for a feeding frenzy, but nowhere does it state that an LDC has been granted. Madness.
EDIT: P/01565/14 - LDC/23688/G was approved on 10th March 2015.
