Just appeared and it is only 121K, so get a move on... Same borrower as PBL10 & Gail & Co Ketch before that. Seems to be secured on different part of property to 10 but slightly unclear. Good spot. No text or email yet

Just got the text (won't get emails as i'm with plusnet. Been with them for over 10 years and not changing ISP just for this ;-)

Anyone else having trouble getting more than the first page of the valuation document? No, The valuation doc is only concerned with the land use as a campsite. PBL010 was bricks and mortar. The important statement in the VR is that drawdown must not happen until a Lawful Development Certificate is obtained, but the loan has already drawndown. Assume it was granted.

Thanks, all I seem to get is first page, so was naughty and invested without full DD on the basis that it was just the park which was excluded last time
