Do we know of a contact email address or number that I can use for SS. A deposit of funds I made a week ago seems to remain uncredited and I need to chase someone.

bugs4me - I see this menu option only available when 'Logged Out' which caught me out. Thanks for the pointer.

Hi nbk , when you made your deposit of funds, did you also use the 'Instant Deposit' page to inform SavingStream that you had made a deposit. They use this to match up with funds that arrive into the holding account.

One thing to bear in mind is that even when one makes a deposit, it may still show as a deficit on the account for (sometimes) almost up to a day at times and can freak people out. As for contacting them, if you require a quick reply, probably best going to see a medium as they'll probably get through quicker

Just do an instant deposit and they will chase you if there is a problem, well they did me anyway.

I have done this a number of times before with the faster payment always being reconciled within a day - so was concerned when this one didn't after a week. I dropped SS a note at support@savingstream.co.uk yesterday though and it was sorted within a couple of hours.

Glad it was sorted quickly once you made contact. They have always been pretty good with me too when I have been in the same situation. Never needed more than an email to request they look into something and like you said it then gets fixed in a couple of hours.

I dropped SS a note at support@savingstream.co.uk yesterday though and it was sorted within a couple of hours. It's good to hear that sending an email produced a result, but I'm still rather concerned that savingstream have said absolutely nothing at all to their investors about their unilateral extension of a number of loans. Their failure to communicate anything about this significant change of policy -- either here or directly via email -- is rather worrying.

I'm sure (ok hopeful) that they will send out an update specifying their changes, mainly because I think it will hurt their investor growth. If one does a search for "Saving Stream reviews" (without quotation marks) they'll see that this board comes high up on the first page and anyone doing their homework will come across this and feel unsettled about investing... We'll just have to wait and see I guess.
