I contacted AZ support this morning about a problem I was having investing in a loan, I expected to hear back this afternoon, but nothing so far, not even an acknowledgement of my question.
Am I being too impatient, do they normally take this long in answering.
I've contacted MT in the past and had an answer back within minutes, perhaps I've been spoilt.
